Returns
For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.

I recently received a battery with visible damage — the outer wrap was torn and the red wire was exposed. While the seller explained that it shouldn’t pose a safety issue, I still feel uneasy using a product in that condition, especially when it’s replacing a battery I’ve used safely for three years. I appreciate the communication, but I believe quality control should ensure items arrive in perfect condition. When it comes to electronics, even small defects can be unsettling. I’m hoping they’ll offer an exchange — I would feel much more confident with a properly sealed replacement.
New battery
Ordered a new battery for my Apollo Phantom! It arrived quickly and was installed at the Apollo service location in Ottawa, runs like new!
