Parts FAQ
the ten questions our inbox keeps asking.
The questions our support team hears most about parts, fit, and stock — straight answers, no ticket required.
Still stuck? Chat with usWill this part fit my scooter?
Parts are model-specific — a Phantom brake caliper won't fit a City. Pick your model in the “Which Apollo do you ride?” filter at the top of this page and we'll hide everything that doesn't fit. Accessories like bags, phone holders, mirrors, and locks fit every Apollo.
What's the difference between parts and accessories?
Accessories add to your ride — bags, lights, mirrors, locks — and fit all Apollo models. Parts replace something on your ride — tires, brakes, motors, controllers — and are built for a specific model and year.
Do you still stock parts for my older Apollo?
We stock parts for at least 2 years after a model is discontinued, then phase them out as demand drops. Legacy models like the Phantom V3/V4 and City 2023 still have limited stock — grab what you need while it's listed. For discontinued models (Ghost, Air, Phantom V1/V2, and older), reach out and we'll help you find alternative sources.
When will a sold-out part be back in stock?
Open the part's product page and tap “Notify me when back in stock.” Drop your email and you'll be notified automatically the moment it's available again — no need to keep checking back.
Do you ship parts and accessories to Australia?
Parts, yes — check the Australian store first, it's always the fastest route. Some accessories are currently US and Canada only. Can't find what you need on the AU store? Reach out to support and we'll look into arranging the shipment directly.
Can I return or exchange a part or accessory?
All parts, accessories, and upgrade kit sales are final. The one exception: if an item arrives defective and you report it on receipt — with photos or video — we'll make it right with a replacement.
What if my part arrives defective?
Send us photos or video as soon as it arrives and we'll replace it. Upgrade kits installed by a certified Apollo shop or an official Apollo Hub also carry a 90-day warranty on the installation.
Can I install this myself, or do I need a shop?
Most riders handle tires, brake pads, and grips at home — the Apollo Riders channel on YouTube has step-by-step repair videos for every common swap. For motor, stem, or controller work, we recommend a certified Apollo shop; kits they install carry a 90-day warranty.
Will third-party parts void my warranty?
Yes — non-Apollo parts void your warranty. Everything on this page is genuine Apollo, built and tested for your exact model, so your coverage stays intact.
What's included in an assembly or upgrade kit?
Assemblies come pre-built to get you back on the road fast: a tire assembly includes the tire and tube (or valve, for tubeless); a brake assembly includes the caliper, disc, levers, and cables. Upgrade kits bring newer-model hardware — handlebars, stems, controllers — to your current ride.
