Returns
For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.

Rear fender replacement
At first it seemed like a lot of work and a bit overwhelming because it was somewhat of a complicated process. However the installation video was spot on and went over every detail in depth leaving no room for error. Everything worked out perfectly! The how to videos on YouTube are excellent and really helpful. No other manufacturers come close. That goes for every aspect with Apollo.. A top tier company in my opinion. Number one leading the industry. 950 miles on my scooter and still looks and drives as good as the day I got it. Bravo just bought the Phantom 2.0. Waiting for the delivery. Gifting the City Pro to my brother. He’s excited for his new top of the line scooter and can’t wait.
