What is Section 301 Tariff?
Earlier this year, the current USA administration announced expansions to the United States' Section 301 tariffs on imports from China.
It consists of increasing tariffs by up to 25% to multiple products such as solar panels, green energy supply and also batteries and electric vehicles.
As electric scooters fall under multiple tariffs, such as electric vehicles and batteries, the whole scooter industry has been heavily impacted by this change.
