do i have to sign up?

No. You're enrolled at Level 1 as soon as your scooter connects to the Apollo App.

can i lose a level?

No. Levels are permanent, whether you ride daily or park for winter. XP never expires and never resets.

what counts as a ride?

Any recorded trip — so make sure you record them. Pro tip: turn on automatic ride recording in the app and forget about it.

how do i get my free gear?

Reward levels send you a discount code by email — redeem it on apolloscooters.co. Codes have an expiry date, so don't sit on them.

how do badges and levels relate?

Levels track total distance. Badges are one-time bonus XP for how you ride, and that XP counts toward your level — so badge-chasers climb faster than mileage alone.

do amps expire?

Yes — AMPs expire 12 months after they land. Your balance and expiry dates live in the Apollo App. XP does not expire.

One loyalty account per rider. AMPs have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded. Reward discount codes are single-use and expire 90 days from issue. Apollo Scooters reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Apollo Amplified program at any time with reasonable notice.
