For most riders an Apollo isn't a toy — it's their daily driver, every commute, rain or shine.

Before you buy

questions, answered.

  • Start with how you'll actually use it. If you're folding it onto transit or carrying it up stairs, the Go is the sweet spot — light, fast, and priced to say yes. If you're commuting daily in any weather, the City line handles it without drama. Need to go further or mix terrain? Explore. Want the full performance envelope? Phantom.

The "Not sure?" quiz on this page takes four answers and points you at your match.

  • You're not paying for a faster scooter. You're paying for one that's still fast in year three. Entry-level scooters cut costs on battery cell quality, motor windings, and controller — the parts that fail first. Apollo builds to IP66 water resistance and backs it with a lifetime frame warranty.

The total cost of ownership is lower. The scooter you pay $400 for and replace in eighteen months costs more than the one you ride for four years.

  • Expect 60–75% of the rated range in real-world conditions. A 36 mi rating becomes roughly 22–27 mi factoring in rider weight, hills, wind, and temperature. The app shows live range estimates based on your actual riding data.

  • The frame is warranted for the life of the scooter. The motor, controller, and battery are covered for two years from purchase. Wear items (tires, brake pads, grips) are not covered but are standard sizes available everywhere.

  • In-stock models ship within 24 hours on business days and arrive in 2–6 business days. We ship from Montreal and Los Angeles — west coast orders are typically faster from LA. Pre-order ship dates are confirmed 30 days out, and you can cancel anytime before your order ships.

  • Yes, but it depends. Every Apollo is IP66 rated — protected against powerful jets of water from any direction. Light rain and puddles are fine. Don't submerge it or ride through deep standing water. Wet roads reduce braking distance, so give yourself more stopping room.

  • You have 14 days from delivery to return it for any reason. The scooter needs to be in original condition and unused. Return shipping is on us if there's a defect; for change-of-mind returns, we deduct the shipping cost from the refund.

  • No — the scooter works without it. But the app is free and the reason most owners upgrade sooner than planned. It adds anti-theft tracking, ride stats, over-the-air firmware updates, and Ludo Mode (the 0–15 mph launch profile owners grin about).
