The Scooter Shipping Box, a durable U-Line cardboard box, serves as an alternative for those who have discarded the original packaging of their scooter. It is big enough to fit all Apollo models for shipping purposes. Please note, the box comes empty, and securing packing materials is the customer's responsibility. Apollo is not liable for damages during shipping.

In-stock products are fulfilled within 24 business hours of receiving the order. Delivery times range from 2 to 6 days depending on your location.
Pre-Orders

Open Box products from our Second Spin collection are fulfilled within 48 business hours and delivered within 3-7 days depending on the location.

Returns
For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.
