Returns
For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.

Great Replacement!
Great quality and the Puncture Guard sealant inside was thick!
Smooth rolling
Installing the tire on the Go was easier than I thought, especially compared to previous scooter from a different brand. All the tools needed to remove the wheel is included with scooter when you purchased, but you do need some strong plastic tire levers (you can get from any bike shop) and few zipties to ease removal and installation of the tire. The tire itself holds up well, as long they have the proper air pressure and checked regularly. The grip ok even in the rain, and they roll smooth over most surfaces.
