Apollo Scooter Notice
Due to new legislation in New York City, Apollo is currently unable to ship electric scooters to New York State.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but we have to abide by local laws.
The relevant legislation states:
“It is illegal to sell or operate on public streets motorized stand-up scooters weighing more than 100 pounds or capable of traveling faster than 20 mph.”
New York City Administrative Code, Section 19-176.2 — as stated publicly by the NYC Mayor’s Office, August 5, 2026.
