Returns
For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.
For eligible items, you can submit a request through our online self-serve portal:

Warranty for Parts and Upgrade Kits
- Spare parts and upgrade kits sold by Apollo are covered against manufacturing defects for a limited period after purchase.
- Parts and upgrade kits are covered for up to 90 days from the date you purchase the part or kit, depending on the component and type of install.
- Apollo inspects claims and retains sole discretion to determine whether a part or upgrade kit is defective and whether the claim is covered by the limited warranty.
