For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.

The turn signal caps arrived without much delay. I only needed one but it's always good to have a spare. Due to the Air's long handlebar it's common for the turn signal caps to bump against hard surfaces as well as hard floors or the pavement if it falls on the ground, although I've never had a cap fracture it's still possible. Though be careful that the cap is tightly ******* in, I lost my cap because it was loose and I didn't realize it, it eventually fell while I was riding on the street.

The caps are fine, however the cost of shipping not so much. I realize we are talking about shipping from Canada to the US isn't going to be cheap, but there are US service sites so why not make them available there. There are probably logistics problems, but really.

The end-of-handlebar lens is another great Apollo idea. It is bright and adds to my safety of being seen. Suggest using Loctite on threads to prevent lens from unscrewing itself and falling off. Ride safe!
