Both the Apollo Phantom 2.0 and the Phantom 2.0 Stellar carry an IP66 water resistance rating. That covers dust and water spray, not immersion, so avoid standing water and never submerge any part of the scooter. Dry the scooter after wet rides and follow Apollo's maintenance guidance.

The Apollo Phantom 2.0 is rated for up to 50 miles per charge and the Phantom 2.0 Stellar for up to 56 miles. Those figures are maximums measured in eco mode under ideal conditions. Off-road surfaces, hills, higher speeds, heavier loads, and cold weather all reduce real-world range.

Both the Apollo Phantom 2.0 and the Phantom 2.0 Stellar carry a maximum load rating of 330 lbs, covering the rider plus anything carried. Staying inside that limit matters more off-road, where the suspension and tires take heavier impacts than they do on pavement.

Apollo lists approximately 9 hours for the Phantom 2.0, which uses a 52V 27Ah battery and a 58.8V 2A charger, and approximately 10 hours for the Phantom 2.0 Stellar, which uses a 60V 30Ah battery and a 67.2V 3A charger.
