Open box scooters are returned goods. We inspect every unit and ensure it is in proper working condition. Regular warranty still applies. The scooters are priced according to their condition. The description below will break down what the different conditions represent.
Like New: The scooter has fewer than 10 kilometers on the odometer, has little to no cosmetic damage, and is in complete working condition.
Lightly Used: The scooter has over 10 kilometers on the odometer, has little to no cosmetic damage, and is in complete working condition.
Used (Minor Cosmetic Damage): The scooter has over 50 kilometers on the odometer and/or has some cosmetic damage and is in full working condition.
Liquidation: Liquidation scooters can come in various conditions, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, cosmetic defects, higher mileage (50+ km), and older models. App compatibility is not guaranteed for liquidation scooters.
